Dear Editor,
Can you settle an argument between me and my Canadian sister?
With the Magpie River in Canada’s Minganie region now having legal personhood; does that mean that, legally speaking, a fetal transplant has taken place when the product of an abortion is flushed down the toilet and ends up in the Magpie River? Or is it simply a case of an unborn child being up the creek without a paddle?
